 Job is always meant for quick money which is necessary for living a decent life but anything that we do in the long term that doesn't yield profit is meant for our Fortune. It means something that we can do for the long term, actually makes fortune for us. Do both if you are smart enough, a person who wants to live this life but smartly, very smartly. Take a couple of hours, say,2 hrs every day to learn something that really fascinates you(if not trust me you are not mentally healthy or, you are very much mentally disturbed. It would be better if you start taking intertest in something soon), or, where you have a good interest. It can be anything. Yes, know anything that we do in a long term becomes work whereas anything that we do once in a while is our hobby.
