The only difference between them is one needs a fresher candidate and the other needs a highly experienced one.
You sustain when you are skilled in pleasing your boss. if you fail, you lose the job.
Both jobs need young, dynamic and sizzling employees.
If you are young deliverable energetic smart extremely talented and better than the company CEO you are hired. You get a job.
You have to deliver no matter what your life is, your condition is. No break, no personal life. You have to attend your boss, your meeting whenever you get a call from them.

The brain has been trained so much by the system of jobs that even if you talk about it, about startup with your parents,partner, they too say, stick with a job. How will you pay all the bills, how will you make money?
But why don't they understand -how the business owners are making money? Is it from another planet or, people from another world.
Heartbreak begins when no one supports you and everyone leaves you in your own situation. Now, you have to do lots of experiments, yes there is no particular formula for success, you have to keep doing experiments to see results and success. You have to understand the business, the market. Surrounding will always be people with job mindset. People will stop taking interest in you as they dont have one, or, can't do anything like you; and you have to deal with all of it successfully without any failure.
The only thing is take your, time keepoving and just enjoy what you do.
The best part of the entrepreship is, you enjoy freedom. Never ever relate it with money. That is your part of job to work on that. But, if you have freedom, enjoy it. Correlation will spoil both.
Many have no opportunity to execute on anything. Some are too old, some are not in agood position,some can not even read and kearn new things. Know this, you are young, energetic, healthy now, you can think of doing something now, starting something,can do some experiments. Later ,you wont be in a position to think of any startup. It is truth, it is the reality.
Stop listenjng to people. Listen to yourself. Keep working, keep executing.
Your job is to show people how you can grow not to tell what you can do or, doing. They camt understand what you have understood over the years.
Learn one skill in morn, read one book at night. The entire day, keep experimenting new things. Put the experiment in bucket if that works and then move with it.
Startup is all about-
-Doing lots of Experiments and learning from mistakes to improve the next move,
-Marketing, letting people know about your business,
-taking risks to scale up the business(but be happy India has lots of job mindset people and many unepmoyment too. You can play at xertain extent here)
- there is no fourth step. Stick with it, you'll grow more than enough.

Last but not the least, It is 4.0. you can do miracles with the help of internet and technology.
Last but not the least, your success is when people start appreciating you for your work, start getting inspired, start recognising you, start reaching out to you. Success has many faces. This is where you have to reach by working hard.
Stay away from the people, the world.They, will dirt your mind, deviate you only to prove that how they are good as a failure. You and just you with your dream. You are never alone if you are living your dreams. Live it.
